The BÖCKELT TOWER® long goods rack allows for the efficient storage and supply of bar-shaped materials. With its modular and compact design the long goods rack is ideal for long profiles and pipes. It is possible to combine different basic systems with a large variety of baskets.
The payload is up to two tonnes per basket. The long goods storage system is equipped with easy to slide baskets in order to store the respective materials in the BÖCKELT TOWER® and ensure safe, as well as convenient access. The baskets are available in different designs and moreover they can be combined so that every company can configure its BÖCKELT TOWER® long goods storage system individually.

HIGH CAPACITY AND MINIMAL SPACE REQUIREMENTS CHARACTERISE THE BÖCKELT LONG GOODS RACK.
The BÖCKELT TOWER® long goods rack is available in different lengths and heights, in variants that can be operated either on one side or on both sides. It can be divided, it offers high capacity and it has a small footprint. The easy to slide baskets enable crane loading of the long goods rack system, forklift-operable variants are also available. The space-saving design ensures optimal storage of pipes and profiles, as well as other bar-shaped material. An incredibly long service life is characteristic of the BÖCKELT TOWER® long goods rack. Thanks to close positioning of the material supports and flexible dividing possibilities, remnants can also be stored efficiently.

Storage of bar material achieves a new dimension through the BÖCKELT TOWER® long goods rack. The long goods storage drawers can also be easily moved by hand even when loaded.
This is made possible by the double bearing-supported flange wheels and the special guide tracks. To store and remove aluminium profiles, window profiles, pipes and additional material economically and without damage, a crane can access every long goods rack from above.
For the long goods rack Böckelt also offers a unique, smart solution for every company. As an option management software can be implemented for the BÖCKELT TOWER® and thus stock keeping is significantly facilitated. With multi-user access, different departments and many employees have the possibility of obtaining a current overview of stock levels at any time.

Usually, the bar material for which our long goods storage system is used has a length of up to 6 meters and a diameter of 40 cm.
By default, larger materials can also be stored, for example, up to 50 cm loading height.
However, on request, we can also find an individual solution for you that can hold even larger goods.
This depends mainly on your premises:
For example, if you have a large hall and you can place the long goods rack in the room, the storage system that can be accessed from both sides offers more convenience.
If your premises are limited in height and the rack is placed against a wall, you can expand your warehouse in a space-saving way with the single-sided loadable concept.
