Thus with the dynamic cassette storage system Böckelt offers an optimal solution for every enterprise. Girder supports, consisting of double‑T profiles and completely welded steel profiles reflect the solid cassette rack design and ensure a high level of on-the-job safety. The BÖCKELT TOWER® cassette rack offers incredible storage capacity and is quickly and easily operated with a forklift. Thus a high degree of process reliability is guaranteed at a comparatively low capital outlay. Effortless removal of material via the cassette rack results in less material damage and a faster material swap is possible at any time.

SPECIAL SOFTWARE AND MODERN TRANSPONDER SYSTEM FOR DYNAMIC MATERIALS MANAGEMENT.

Special storage management software and a modern transponder system enable dynamic materials management with the BÖCKELT TOWER® cassette rack. For example, different employees and multiple departments can call up the actual stock levels and view the precise positions of the various materials. Metal sheets / metal plates, entire metal sheet packages, pipes, profiles or other stored goods are assigned to the respective cassette in the BÖCKELT TOWER® cassette rack, and thanks to RFID technology their positions are detected automatically. The user-friendly operator interface guarantees efficient and intuitive implementation. And thanks to intuitive LED light signals on the individual storage locations, looking for material or cassettes is extremely time-saving.

Material requests to the BÖCKELT TOWER® , for example from machines, can be made flexibly by using scanners, mobile and stationary input terminals or via individual interfaces. The storage cassette with the required material is marked in the system and also informs you of your destination. An internal logistics job can also be generated to support the process-safe and efficient flow of materials. Furthermore, the possibility of networking spatially separated BÖCKELT TOWER® cassette storage systems contributes to dynamic storage. The cassette rack can thus also be perfectly integrated into existing structures and processes. This minimises costs and increases productivity.
